Job Description

We’re looking for Director of Sales and Business Development for Banks to work on business to help drive sales and strategic partnership business decision for Orb. Armed with your business acumen and extensive related product and industry knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our key potential clients, will drive a pipeline of them, and will build strategic alliances to solve their technical and business problems on our business. You will enjoy working with cutting edge technology, multi-cultural team, and the ability to see your insights turned into real business from scratch. The perfect candidate will have a background in related sales and business development field, will have experience in management consulting including data-driven decision making. You are scrappy, focused on results, a self-starter, and have demonstrated success in using analytics to drive the growth and success of a business. This position is located in our Tokyo office.


  • • 5+ years experience in banking industry
  • • 3+ years experience in management consulting business
  • • New business development experience in internet a plus
  • • Technical background in enterprise cloud a plus
  • • The ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • • The ability to communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner
