② In order to ensure the safe protection of the personal information we hold, we have established a personal information protection management system in accordance with the Japanese Industrial Standard “Personal Information Protection Management System – Requirements” (JIS Q15001), and we educate all directors and employees to ensure that they are aware of the importance of personal information protection and its social significance, and to ensure that the system is thoroughly implemented.
③ In the event that the processing of personal information is outsourced to an outside contractor, we will properly supervise the outside contractor in accordance with our internal rules.
